How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@wapio.io with your account email address and transaction ID. Our team will process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases: violation of our Terms of Service (including sending spam, prohibited content, misleading information, or unlawful material); account suspension due to service agreement breaches; refund requests made after the 3-day window without an unresolved technical issue documented with our support team; subscriptions made through partner programs with customized terms.
After the Refund Period
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for the next billing cycle. We do not provide partial-month refunds or proration credits after the 3-day window. Annual plans are reviewed on a case-by-case basis during the first 14 days, especially for duplicate purchases or documented onboarding issues.
Special Circumstances
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, our support team will work to resolve them first. If issues persist and cannot be resolved, the refund period may be extended at our discretion. Bulk or enterprise purchases may have custom refund terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
