Terms of Service

Rules and guidelines for using Wapio products, APIs, and websites.

Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the signup process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Wapio cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

API Terms

Customers may access their account data via our API. Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses Wapio, is bound by these Terms. Wapio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the API. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to the API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access. Wapio determines abuse or excessive usage in its sole discretion.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading

A valid payment method is required for paying accounts. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of initial payment. After the 3-day refund window, no refund or credit will be issued — including partial-month or partial-year credits, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, except for taxes based on Wapio's net income.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Account cancellation can be done through your account Settings page. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation and cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid-up period, your cancellation will take effect immediately. Wapio, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.

Modifications to Service and Prices

Wapio reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Wapio website or the Service itself. Wapio shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

WhatsApp Usage Compliance and Disclaimer

Users must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Business Policy at all times. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp's policies. Wapio is not supported, endorsed, or affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc. Users acknowledge and accept the risk that their WhatsApp account may be subject to bans, limitations, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp. Wapio is not responsible for any changes, limitations, or discontinuations of WhatsApp's API or services.

User Obligations and Consent

Users must ensure they have obtained prior, explicit consent from all message recipients before sending any communications through the Service. Users are fully responsible for the content of messages sent and must not use the Service to transmit: spam or unsolicited messages, malware or harmful software, pornographic or obscene content, misleading or deceptive messages, confidential data without authorization, illegal advertising, or any content that violates applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Wapio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service. This includes any action taken by WhatsApp or any third party, any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any third-party conduct on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Copyright and Content Ownership

All content posted on the Service must comply with U.S. copyright law. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. All materials uploaded remain yours. Wapio does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove any content at any time. The look and feel of the Service is copyright © 2026 Wapio. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from Wapio.

General Conditions

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is available via email. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of Wapio. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any Wapio employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
